Hi all! I’m a type 2 diabetic in my early 50s and recently started considering Kamagra 100mg Oral Jelly for ED. It sounds like a convenient alternative to pills, but I’m concerned is Kamagra Jelly safe for diabetics? 🤔

I know it contains Sildenafil Citrate, but I’m more worried about how the jelly form, which includes sugars and flavorings, might affect my blood sugar levels. Does anyone here with diabetes use it regularly? Did you notice any spikes in glucose or other issues?

Also are there any precautions I should take, especially if I’m already on meds like Metformin or insulin?
